We have created an online order update system available 24 hours a day. You can request an order update via your customer account on the website.

To submit an order update request please use the top mid menu for "Customer Service" then scroll down and click "Request Order Update". If you are currently logged into your account you can also access the order update system by clicking here.

To submit your order update request simply click the button next to your order number that says "Request Order Update". You will receive an e-mail within minutes to confirm the update request is in process. As soon as your order update request is submitted on our side your order will be added to our Urgent Order Update Queue and an email will also be triggered to the warehouse where your order is shipping from alerting them of the requested update. Once a tracking number is available you will receive it via email.
