Driven By Style LLC was founded in December 2008 and officially opened for business in January 2009. We are an e-commerce company that caters to the automotive aftermarket and restyling industry. Our goal was to create a web catalog driven system where we could offer the largest selection of accessories, body kits, lighting upgrades, and vehicle performance upgrades possible. We have an extensive line card consisting of over 100 of the hottest brands in the industry. In 2012 we continue to grow our product catalogs and now offer over 41,000 items. After years of shopping online ourselves we sought out a better solution for resolving customer service claims and providing on demand order update services. We have custom built our own customer control panel system that allows our customers to submit a customer service claim form online in less than a few minutes and then have 24/7 access to the claim and all update history as we work to quickly resolve the issue. In addition our customers can request an update on their order at any time where the order will be added to our Urgent Update Queue and you will receive a follow-up on that within 1 business day.
